Description

A well-presented three storey double unit townhouse enjoying a beautiful aspect backing directly onto the tranquil backwater on the quieter western side of this development on the river Thames with National Trust Land and the Thames Path beyond. Created by the fusion of two adjoining townhouses to create a unique opportunity to acquire a sizeable yet easily run riverside home. Upgraded and modernised with many features including re-fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, open plan to living/dining room with twin patio doors doors opening onto large courtyard gardens leading onto the backwater, re-fitted bathrooms, and double-glazed windows. In our view this represents an ideal home for a professional single/couple, downsizers or a buyer looking for a secure 'lock up & leave' although it could work equally well for a family.
