Description

A truly rare opportunity to acquire one of the few original end terraced two storey townhouses on this prestigious gated riverside development which has been extended and modified into a three storey design with large master suite occupying the entire upper floor, with two further double bedroom suites, and study area on the middle floor together with the benefits of the larger ground floor living room, fitted kitchen, cloakroom plus detached double garage with electric roll up door and storage over & double width driveway.    The property enjoys a high degree of privacy and security with gated entrance to the development, a private rear garden area with patio terrace & decking overlooking the backwater with a delightful sunny aspect and private 8 metre mooring. In our view this represents an ideal home for a professional couple or downsizer seeking an easily run home or a ‘lock up & leave’.
