Chris has been working in estate agency in Henley for over 35 years opening Ballards in 1990. Educated locally at Shiplake College and having lived in Henley for over 35 years he has a vast knowledge of the local market, specialising in country homes and developments across the three counties covered by Ballards.

Originally the director of a multinational firm covering the South of England including Henley, Guy joined Ballards in 1992 and currently oversees the day to day running of Henley, Marlow and Twyford offices. Educated locally and having lived in Henley, Shiplake and Playhatch Guy has a strong knowledge of the local market.
Harry joined the family business after working for Bonhams Auctioneers. He is now based in Henley-on-Thames, Harry brings strong knowledge of the local and national property market with a degree in both Spanish & French, speaking both languages fluently. Harry joined Ballards Estate Agents in 2018.
Sam has joined the family business after studying at Oxford Brookes and now lives and works in Henley-on-Thames, bringing strong local knowledge as well as a depth of Lettings knowledge. Sam joined Ballards Estate Agents in 2021.
Deborah has been selling houses in Henley for 40 years, joining the Ballards team in in 1997. She has always been a local resident and recently moved from Fawley to Witheridge Hill.

Working with in the local area for nearly 20 years, Philip Joined Ballards in early 2023, a former sales director who has extensive knowledge of the local housing market and prides himself on his service and proactive approach. Phil joined Ballards Estate Agents in 2022.
Graduating from Bristol university with a Ba (Hons) in International Business Studies and Spanish, AJ worked as an Insurance Broker in London for 15 years. In 2011 he set up Portside Insurance Management Services. In 2015 AJ left this and moved to Spain where he was involved in property development. He has since returned to Henley-on-Thames where he began working for Ballards before moving onto Marlow to manage the Marlow office. AJ joined Ballards Estate Agents in 2021.
Hilary is the newest addition to the Marlow office, having previously worked in Project Management her entire career. She now brings her organisational and client relationship skills to the expanding lettings business that Ballards operate. Hilary joined Ballards Estate Agents in 2023.
