Other than the regatta Henley enjoys a summer music and arts festival which has seen the likes of Elton John, Sting, Lionel Richie and Shirley Bassey perform. In addition Henley hosts a world class literary festival and "Rewind" the 80's music festival plays out on the bank of the River Thames.
